NFC business card

An NFC business card that's a keychain, and puts you in charge of the follow-up.

One tap shares your details and asks for theirs, no app for them. Then the free app remembers everyone and reminds you to follow up. From $15, one-time. Designed and made in Waltham, Massachusetts.

How it works

One tap in the room. The follow-up happens after.

They tap. It asks for their details, then sends them wherever you point it. You add the note and the reminder.

How it compares

What's different from a digital business card.

Most NFC cards do one thing well: they share your details. TapLoop starts there and keeps going.

Questions people ask first
Does the other person need an app?

No. They tap or scan, your details open in their browser, and they can save you to their phone and share their details back from that page. The app is for you, the owner.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Tapping works on any phone with NFC, which is nearly every iPhone and Android phone made in the last several years. Older phones can scan the QR code instead. The TapLoop app is on the App Store; the Android app is in testing.

What does it cost?

A plain keychain is $15. Designed pieces like the Sunflower are $25. A name adds $5 and your logo adds $15. Those are one-time prices. The app is free. Pro, which adds AI follow-up drafts, voice notes and more, is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial.

Can I change where it points?

Yes, any time, from the app. The keychain holds a link; you decide where the link goes: your contact card, a booking page, a website, anything.

Can I buy them in bulk with my logo?

Yes. Businesses and event hosts order branded batches, and each person who receives one activates it as their own. Ten or more are $15 each with your logo, and 100 or more are $13 each. The rest is on the pricing page.

What if we both have TapLoop?

Tap, and you trade: each of you lands in the other's app, with the event you met at already filled in. There's a QR code in the app too, so you can share without the keychain in hand.

Is this a digital business card, a lead capture tool, or a CRM?

It starts where a digital business card starts and ends where a personal CRM ends. The tap shares your info like a smart business card. The share-back captures theirs, like a lead capture form, except the other person chooses to share and keeps a TapLoop of their own. The app is the lightweight CRM for people you just met: notes, reminders, follow-up drafts, and email to groups, with an unsubscribe link built in.

Is there a bracelet or other jewelry?

Soon. Bracelets come first, with more pieces after. Same tap, same app, made to be worn instead of carried. Join the list and you'll hear the day the shop opens.

One tap. Both directions. Then the follow-up is yours.
